Initial consultations are free and can be handled over the phone, or via e-mail.  Extended consultations (lasting approximately 1 hour) may be scheduled for $100.00  This does not create an attorney-client relationship, or obligate Kohler & Associates, P.C. to perform legal work or appear in court on your behalf.  If you wish to retain the services of Kohler & Associates, P.C., a written retainer (contract for legal services) must be executed first pursuant to an in office meeting.
